Letter from BMW reguarding n54

A guy with the last nam Nyugen vs BMW NA...

Regarding HPFP issues.

i got it a couple of days ago..

for the person that was wanting to know what it was about, it is a class action law suit regarding the fuel system problems with the cars.

I got the letter as well, gives 2 options, Either $50 for each time you had to take in your car for a HPFP or $800 towards a purchase of a new vehicle.

Got the same letter today luckily fingers crossed no problems with wastegate. Fuel pump swapped out once and injectors.

same and just in time too, my fuel pump is writing its will.
