Tight, but fit, bigger spacers on the way just in-case.
This is on the Apex Race Wheels 18x10.5 Square Reccomended fitment. -GT3M2 Last edited by GT3M2; 04-04-2024 at 05:18 PM.. |

I’m not surprised it doesn’t rub, you reduced the diameter significantly… people rub when they add to the diameter since it hits the fender liner.
You reduced yours by over an inch from stock. Did you check to see if your Speedo is reading too fast now? |

Thanks for sharing about the speedo, I wasn’t sure if the car compensated for that or not.

The added front width took away the fronts being the limit on corner entry and mid corner but I am still at stock camber and it needs a lot more. The car needs all the rear grip it can get, would almost be certainly be faster with a 325-335 in the rear but I am restricted to 315 width due to Gridlife Street GT rules. -GT3M2 |

BMW speedometers are calibrated to read 3 mph above the actual speed of the vehicle. The change from 26.8 rear diameter to 25.5 rear diameter would be a larger error if the tire size caused it.
Thanks for the thread info as I'm waiting for a set of 824m base wheels that I'm planning on using 275/35 front and 295/30 rear continental extreme contact force semi slick tires that will be close to the same diameter you are using. |

I'm running 19x11 305/30/19. I was worried about the front brake clearance with the 18 inch rims. Can you get a close up shot of how much space there is from the brake caliper to the rim?

It clears, fine. Can’t take any photos for you because stock wheels are on the car. Apex engineered these wheels specifically to clear, 12 days on track and counting. -GT3M2 |
