2008 E92 328i $26,500 - Good Deal?
As the title states:
- 2008 328i Coupe - 17k miles - Sport Package - Premium Package - Auto - Non-CPO $26,500 Clean title and Carfax, the dealer (non-BMW dealer) has had it on the lot since late March. Is that price a good deal, or do you guys think I can go lower than that? If so, how much? Thanks in advance!

Wholesale is average at around 22,500 on that car. He may have bought it higher 3 months ago so guess his cost is 23500 or 24 maybe ask for a grand or so. I mean it's really whatever is a good deal for you. I could see 25k

The Galves trade-in (wholesale) value of a 2008 E92 328i with auto, Sport Package, dual power front seats (Premium Package), and 17k miles is:
$22,925 + $1,400 (estimate) to recondition the vehicle (new tires, etc.). + dealer overhead. + dealer profit. = $ ________ I think $26,500 is a good deal for a 2008 E92 328i in very good condition with new tires and a clean title. That price works out to about 8% overhead/profit for the dealer. You may be able to get it for under $26,000, depending on how desperate the (non BMW) dealer is to get it off of his lot. Additionally, spending an extra $2,000 for CPO is not all that necessary for a 328i IMO.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the dealership probally didn't put 1400 into it if they aren't a BMW dealership but check what their "Work Done" or "Service Done Sheet" say. I've see way to many dealerships do mostly nothing to used vehicles that weren't their manufacturer. If they have put that much into it then yea definately 26000 isn't bad because that may be two tires and alignment and a few others.
