Literally drove it round the block only hahaha 32km on the clock now
Re the seats, ummm well that codpiece is a joke, why have it? The Mrs hates the drivers seat and isn’t keen on the passenger one either. I’m HOPING I get used to it, “shrugs”. |

Michelins, got lucky there. Also I did get the ///M clips on the rear calipers which apparently may not be on later built cars.
I was lucky also to ensure neither front or rear number plates plinths were installed. I usually double side tape my Perspex plates to the car, however the front of the M2 makes that tricky. Solved the problem by ordering these. https://flowbrackets.com.au/ Last edited by Alpine*; 12-03-2023 at 10:25 PM.. |

Sadly I have only had mine just on 2 months and it's already had some unwarranted damage. Came back from a week away to find damage to the drivers side front guard - that had penetrated down to the metal.
Added to that it looks like the carbon inlets have been attacked by an animal. In the process of getting the thing fixed. |

Rear climate controls?
Hi guys, for those of you who have an australian spec M2, does it come with rear climate control panel in the rear passenger row? In the media press pic, it looks like the EU and US spec cars have a climate control screen for the rear row, but the ones I've seen at the local dealer don't seem to have this? Is this just a AU thing or can you spec this?

The guys at Flow will make a custom bracket for any sized plate.
This has just been completed for the rear of my car so I don't have to use tape as a permanent solution. Such a nice product. |

Introducing Pedro
Hi all, we’re new to the forum, from Sydney.
We picked up ours a couple weeks ago from Brookvale. Beautiful car! We made sure to get the plinth and bracket from Flow designs so that horrible stock plastic rubbish that came with the car wasn’t fitted. Went on our first proper drive down to the Southern Highlands yesterday, lovely lunch with the wife and we snapped a few nice pics. We’ve called him ‘Pedro’ due to his Mexican origins. |

I went with the ZunSport “Oil Cooler Grille” but just haven’t had time to fit it. Thinking fitment may take priority between Xmas and NY following that unfortunate occurrence in the States.

Not sure about the other grills, all mine are covered with the plastic ones since it’s a manual and I don’t like the look of the aftermarket ones on the front. |
