Ambient lighting stopped working

The ambient lighting strips as well as the footwell lights on my car are no longer lit up. Interestingly enough the lights on the door handle still work and change colors if I mess with the settings. Wondering if i could have messed something up when fuse tapping my dash cam into the fuse box. Anyone know what fuse is responsible for those or have anything similar happen?

Give https://fusecard.bmw.com/ a try. Looks like it could be 36, 61, 62, 66, 67, 68, 71 or 250.

I have the same issue. Installed a dash cam hard wired to the fusebox. Got a message for a couple of days (when starting the car) saying battery management issue, increased power consumption when parked. Now that message doesn't come anymore but all the lights on the LHS front door have conked off.
