Up for sale is a used Active Autowerke Gen 2 Signature muffler for BMW E9x N51/N52 cars. Selling because I'll be selling my E91 soon.

Muffler is in good shape overall, with the clamp and hardware included. The tips have some scuffing on the bottom that is not visible when installed on the car.

This muffler is designed for E90, E91, E92, and E93 3 Series with the N51 or N52 motor (325i, 325xi, 328i, 328xi, 328i xDrive). Active Autowerke notes: "This exhaust may not easily fit some of the XI (4WD) and Station Wagon Models - welding may be required for proper fitment of the exhaust to stock pipe." That said, I have seen plenty of people online say it fit right on their wagon or AWD models with no welding required.
