It's time to sell my 2006 325i that has served me well as a daily driver over the past 3-4 years. It is black/black with rare "piano black" interior inserts (match the exterior of the car). It has between 103K and 104K miles. I have recently replaced the "normal" BMW 100K issues; AC compressor, water pump, valve cover gasket, rear window motors, CERAMIC (no dust!) brake pads, etc. All with brand new BMW parts. Overall the car is in good shape for a 100K miles.

Bad:
Rock chips in front bumper
Front lower plastic tray(under the car) was damaged when I hit a dear years ago. You wont even know its missing, its under the car. (full disclosure!)
Adaptive headlights don't turn with the steering wheel anymore.. however they do go up and down to keep them level when you brake/accelerate.
Cup holder wont QUITE go all the way in when not in house.
Other misc/ small damage.
Small oil leak (minor)

Good:
Everything else works great
Overall better than average condition for the mileage
Tires are in good shape
Reman factory stereo head unit

The wheels and tires were roughly $1800
Springs were $200 (lowered 1")
Stereo:
JBL MS8 with Technic harness (NO cutting of stock wires): $490
JL XD600/1: $400
JL XD600/4: $500
dual JL 13" subs with box(trunk): $300
DLS 4" door speakers (components): $300
KICKER SSM8 woofers: $250 (under seats)
4" coax for center channel: $40
