Opti Coat Protection Review C6 Z06
Hey Guys I figured you all need to get this stuff on your cars. It is basically a life time protection for your car, it adds a clear layer of protection and intense gloss. This stuff replaces wax and sealants and basically makes swirls and scratches very hard to come by now. Quote:
He did a nice write up here: http://www.autopia.org/forum/click-b...ml#post1507574 I know most of you are interested in some pictures so here are some: As many of you detailing guru's know its hard to make silver pop. After about 2 days when the opti coat cures it looks even better then these pictures. Last edited by Jeff@TopGearSolutions; 07-24-2012 at 07:25 PM.. |

Nice Jeff!
It really is awesome.... There are a couple others that I am waiting to get a sample/buy right now to compare, but for now opticoat is the best on the market from what I am hearing |

I had this done locally on mine. I would highly recommend it!

The only thing the opti coat falls short of is that glossy touch/feel on the paint. Supposedly some optimum spray wax or something will bring back that feel? Have you any experience or recommendations? When I get some free time I'm going to take the wheels off and really clean them good and do the opti coat on them. I've been procrastinating. Thanks guys |

Would wax be of any benefit on top of this coat?
My wheels are a satin black finish, not so matte, and not so gloss either. Will this bring it towards the glossier finish? |

Looking forward to the results. I think you will be pleased. I've been following detailing stuff for years now and this is the best product i've used for protection and gloss so far. |
