Waiting for 963 in silver, but that goes against current trends. I hate how dark wheels disappear into the tires.

Yeah. Pretty expensive for what you get in the kit. Conversely, a roll of Alcantara 56" x 36" is $149 and you can cover pieces yourself.

I got the M Performance door lock buttons/pins installed in my car and, dollar for pound, it was the single best mod I’ve done to my car.

Relatively inexpensive, great looking, and the added agility you get from the lower mass is night and day different. Next up is lighter wheels, but I think these made a huge difference already.

I, too, have the pins. Purchased from a forum member. I also have the console lid, door sills, and just ordered the Alcantara knee pads. So far www.bmwpartscenter.com has the cheapest prices on oem parts/accessories I've found.

Cool. I’d do those but I can’t for three reasons:
1- my car being a manual has a different console, so the lights and alcantara don’t fit.
2- I’m scared the additional torque provided would make the clutch slip
3- my tires are stock 275 rear and 285 rear for summers, so I’m afraid I’d break traction too.

I’m ok being gapped by a quicker car with the added performance…

Did you find the M Performance door pins increase speed and/or agility of door operations?
