2011 335xi Service Bulletin?
I was just curious if anyone knew about this... my SA didn't give me much information other than my car requiring a "software update".
Brought my car in to get the winter tires on today and when she scanned the key she told me about this. Naturally, for some unusual reason, they couldn't get my car completed in the 10 hours they had it today for fitting some rims, tires, and the update. I'd appreciate any info that others have, I did some searches and only found out the 2010 N54 recent update. |

is probably the pre-priming of the HPFP software update. Good one. Gonna ask my dealer to update my car as well with it.

I was told the same thing - car due for s/w update. When I asked what for, the SA did not know what to say ... except, maybe HPFP.
I got burnt with s/w 29.2 that introduced a lag to my old car few yrs back and it took me 6 months to get the car back to pre-lag condition. I am hesitant to get any s/w updates on my new car. |
