panel gap
perhaps nitpicking but....
image of really the large A pillar/panel gaps of my 2022 m240x. This measures a 1/4 inch gap, passenger side, drivers side is a bit smaller about 3/16 inch. I recently took a walk thru a large parking lot checking out different vehicle A pillar panel gaps and found None like this. Most were equal to the adjacent door gap and in many cases even less than the door gap. I know GM (and others) in the 60's and 70s were notorious for uneven panel fits/gaps. But i have never had a car with such a huge panel gap. My question, is this normal for this M240? Do others here with this car have such a wide gap? |

Attached a photo of my F80 to show the gap at the A pillar..... man, I miss that car now that I looked up the photos. I don't miss the paranoia of having to replace the DCT a second time though. I would have loved Sakhir Orange on the M240i |
