I think new users (like OP) can't post pics and that's why many don't bother. Also, many still prefer to use old fashion phone communication, some are simply not tech savvy. I know, I know, we live in 2017, but you'll be amazed how many people put ads like this in craigslist with things like "no emails, calls only"
I recently emailed several hundred junk-yards (via parts com website that gives you that option with 1 click) for a part inquiry and got response only from 2 of them! Others are still stuck in 90s and only use phones
Do I have time to phone all 200 of them? Nope
