Hi everyone, I'm 17 years old from Australia, I've spent my time during the period of holding my learners license building and modifying my G42 230i myself, right now I would say it is at its peak with most mods I could get except a tune, here are some photos, hope you enjoy

! What mods did you do on your 230i? Did you do everything on your own?

Any pictures of the interior?

I've only seen that spoiler done on the recent AUTOID M2 they just build. I was wondering how it'd look on the M240i and I like it. Also, I was curious what bronze rims would look like on a black M240i and you solved that question as well.

I truly love the interior! Is it the carbon trim from the M3 G80? Was it hard to mount?
Or is it a sort of sticker?

This is the website I got my Carbon trim from, it was a simple and straight forward install!

This websites sell Idrive 8 trims, was pretty hard to find, but I'd rate the quality 9/10, the centre piece wasn't a 100% fit but you could barely tell so I would still recommend this product!

Love it! Mods look great........except perhaps having 2 rear spoilers. It should be one or the other for me - defo a case of less is more. The high level spoiler looks awesome.

I actually thought it looked kind of empty without the ducktail, here's a video from reventon design with only the spoiler.

Man!!! Congrats. I'm impressed. That is a sick ride for anyone, let alone a 17 yo.

P.S. I'm eying a 230ixDrive my dealer has as an in between car while my gets built. Seeing how far you have taken yours, almost makes me wonder if I should just build out a 240i instead of waiting for the M2.

That's fantastic! I love the 230i! Light, handles well, lots of power! Wish it came with a 6MT!

I think the 230 is the heir to the wonderful e30 and e36 325s and 328s that we all drove growing up. Really great driving cars.
