Who makes that CF radiator shroud?

Is it Auto Technic because yours looks shiny and the description for the Auto Technic shroud says it's dry CF.

I really want something to match my Dinan intake and engine cover which are glossy.

I don’t think dry means matte. I think that refers to the type of carbon fiber layup process.

it is gloss CF, I'm pretty sure the term "dry CF" is the process the CF is made
