Led fog with Halo

Got these foglight recently and went to install them but I am not sure where I can splice the power for the ring into. The bulb is plug and play. But where to splice?

Google only gets me foglight bulb replacement. And I don't want to just start splicing...

Anyone work with these have an idea?

Thanks!

Highly likely you'd want to connect to switching +12V so that they turn on when the car starts. You should be able to pick this in the fuse box.

I strongly advise you not to splice into any wiring that relates to Hi/Low beams or any other bulbs, esp when your car is pre-LCI and every bulb goes through the test cycle by FEM at every engine start.

Would love to see these in operation. Do share some pics once you get them to work.

Also, if these came with plastic lenses, PPF them asap or within 6 months the lenses will be "frosted" from sand on the roads.

Is the ring separate from the fog? If so connect them to the fuse for the console outlet. They'll turn on when you unlock the car, turn off a few minutes after you lock it. If the fog bulb is LED don't count on it being plug and play, it will probably have to be coded.

I've already coded the led as I've been running those bulbs for a long time. I just wanted to upgrade the look. Found these for a fair price and now just need to get the rings powered up.
