Does anyone have any idea what could be causing these issues engine stuttering bad under heavy acceleration and if I hold threw it it starts misfiring. Codes attached could it be injectors spark plugs or coil packs?

In no specific order - Possible cause:

High pressure fuel pump
Low pressure fuel pump
Injectors
Coils
Spark plugs

So far you are isolated to cylinder 1 and 3. Start with coil packs and switch them to a different cylinder to see if fault follows. If it does then you know its the coils.

If you can get your hands on INPA and do a Fuel pump test for both (high and low) to ensure it is reaching proper pressure. Likely not an issues in your case.

Remove spark plugs after car sat overnight and inspect for fuel saturation to rule out a leaking injector, oil saturation due to valve cover leaking, and general wear of plugs.
Keep in mind just because injectors are not leaking doesn't mean they are ok.

Remove injectors and connect them so they are facing upwards and inspect spray pattern (check video on youtube on how to do this)

My guess is fuel delivery issue, relating to injectors. 90% of the time it's the injectors on N54's.
