I got a quote for around $850 to buy and install by my dealers bodyshop. I installed the one on my M340 I had previously and it was such a huge pain in the butt. I didn't do it right and it started lifting from a corner. I had to redo it and then after about a year it started lifting from the other corner. Never doing it myself again.

Took it for a canyon drive along Lake Hughes Rd in the Angeles National Forest. Got one picture since did not want to get the car dirty (foolish thinking!) Got home with a dozen of bodies splattered all over. I was very impressed with the non-glossy shine from the old week rubber sealant.

Do you have the black CA legacy plate? If so, was it custom or sequential and how long did you have to wait? I ordered mine in December and I'm still waiting

Yeah, I do have it, the sequential. The custom said it was like a 6 month wait. I got it in 6 weeks… I ordered back in October 2023.

I've ordered 2 different "custom" 80's Legacy plates & each one took 9 months to deliver. The DMV here in any part of Cali really sucks...

Aw, that's lame. I think it took less than 6 months on my previous car, but this one is taking its time. Thanks for the heads up. They got my hopes up when they sent me my registration renewal notice for my other car last week.
