I also contacted them and their weave pattern matches the M Performance weave pattern so set with that.

I have the front lip, rear diffuser and boot/trunk spoiler from CT carbon.
I also have the genuine M performance front air ducts and I would disagree that the weave pattern is a match.
It’s not enough to put me off having both fitted together but I noticed immediately that the M performance weave is definitely tighter together.

Ah! I asked them of their weave was a 2x2 pattern and they confirmed so I thougjt that was enough for confirmation. Didn’t realize there was more to it than that. Thsnks for the info. Would you mind sharing some pics? Would like to see how dofferent it is. I like the price but would like to get a close match to the BMW carbon pattern as well.

The car is out in the rain at the moment, if it dries out later I’ll try and take some comparison pics

Perhaps the weave is quite close, it’s maybe the direction of the weave that throws me off.

Oh, that's actually not as bad as I was afraid of after your other comment.

You're right, it may be the direction...kinda like the "grain". I think I would be okay with that when there's more of a gap between the BMW piece (rear diffuser) and the CT Carbon pieces on my car (possible side skirts and front lip).

That's the tough part about adding cf. Both look good, but the directions not lining up on adjoining parts would drive me crazy.

I have the MP rear diffuser installed at the port.

When I am able to, I will order lip and side skirts (likely these CT Carbon ones). Hopefully it's the same or very similar, but also am thinking it wouldn't be the worst if it's not, since they're essentially on different sides of the car.

But in your case, with the inlets, those would be pretty close to each other.

Maybe rcouchh has more intel?
They match the weave on my other carbon stuff close enough. Quality is good

I think I could live with this. I mean any 3rd party manufacturer could potentially have this issue. I think it would be tough for anyone to have the same direction of the M Performance Carbon Fiber trim. This is close enough for me. I wouldn’t know if AutoID’s or R44’s would match exactly either. I bet it would be close but not exact…just like this.

That would be my guess too, and I'm alright with it as well.

I ended up placing my order to today for front splitter and side skirts.
Will post pics when I get them in 4 weeks or so.

I've spent months searching and end up liking the CT best for style and price for my personal taste....I really like the Alpha N and 3d Design parts that IND sells but the pricing is higher then what I wanted to spend for some parts that will get banged up. lol

Okay. Just ended up ordering the splitter and side skirts as well. Was debating getting the "rear corners", but not sure about them at this point. So I thought I'd go without them for now.

Now comes the wait!

Side note: I placed my order with CT Carbon on the website.

As soon as I submitted the order, I saw in my email a 5% coupon that I hadn't seen.

I emailed them to just ask if it was possible to honor the coupon after the submission of my order, and they confirmed it within the first couple of hours of the next business day.

Nice of them to do that, since it's definitely not something EVERYONE would do.

Received the parts last week and installed over the weekend.
Again I like that they are fully boxed component. Quality seems good.

Do the sideskirts use the OEM hardware or do you have to drill holes to attach it to the car?

Looks awesome - you're on the Eibach Pro-Kit right? How much clearance between the road and the CT carbon front splitter?

Thanks for confirming. My front lip and side skirts are on the way.

Did they provide the self-tapping screws? Or the rivets? Or did you buy your own?
