Is this a realistic price...
Hey guys...
Looking at an xi coupe. MSRP for my options and all comes to $45,450. I want to do a 36/39mo lease, 12k miles a year. No money down except inception (which is tax, security, and 1st mo payment i believe) Is it realistic to get a lease payment in the mid 600s? $640-675? |

I am getting numbers in that range on a 335xi sedan for the same terms but they include tax...and the cars that I am looking at are $4-5K more in sticker.

First thing you need to do is do research on the what money factor and residual is for the xi coupe. What i did was called different dealerships and ask them for lease quotes and ask for those 2 factors. You will notice that the residual value always will be the same but the money factor (basically the interest rate they charge for the lease) will vary. Secondly they should be giving you a discount of at least 2 thousand off that MSRP. My car was that same MSRP and i pay 600 a month
