Hello guys
I bought a car from USA, a car in an accident in a door, the car was fixed, and everything is good, but now I can't login idrve
I can't enter the number of Chassis or sc code

You probably mean the VIN number? I think that’s all that links the car to your BMW ID. It sounds like you bought a pre-owned car and can’t use your ID with iDrive? Maybe??

If this is the case, I would bet the VIN is still registered to the prev owner’s account/ID. This may be what’s preventing you from “logging in” to iDrive. You’ll have to clear that up with BMW.

From my 2024 BMW 230ix owners manual:

Deleting the BMW ID/driver profile

1. Tap the icon or personal picture in the status bar.
2. "Change BMW ID"
"Change driver profile"
3. Tap the icon of the desired BMW ID or the desired driver profile.

Removing a BMW ID from the vehicle causes the vehicle to be removed from the BMW app. If the BMW ID has been synchronised with the BMW Cloud, the data stored in the BMW Cloud is retained after the BMW ID is deleted. If the currently active BMW ID is removed, the guest profile is activated.

Removing a vehicle from the BMW app removes the corresponding BMW ID from the vehicle. If the BMW ID was synchronised with the BMW Cloud, the BMW ID data stored on the BMW Cloud will be retained.

If the vehicle is removed from the main user’s BMW app, it will also be removed from the other users’ BMW apps. The corresponding BMW IDs are removed from the vehicle.

If the vehicle is reset to the factory settings, the vehicle is removed from all users’ BMW apps and all BMW IDs are removed from the vehicle.

I vaguely recall when buying my BMWs and with a Genius handy in order to sort out the BMW ID business the car required a connection to the internet. Somehow it was able to connect to the internet via the dealer's WIFI (?).
