Picked up the car today, love it attached a pic. Anyways…

I keep getting this message and right before or after it…my sound cuts out…aka turn signal noises, my phone music even though the timer on the song is still going no sound and i cant get the sound back.

I’ve held the volume button to power down and reboot the stereo and sometimes it helps sometimes it doesn’t. The most annoying part of it however is an extremely loud like fuzzy radio sound that goes off for 1-2 seconds when all this occurs and scares the shit out of me. My sales guy said to let him know if it continues i’ll need an appointment, anyone else had any similar issue?

If the problem recurs, I'd probably have it checked by your service center.

Honestly, it seems like a bug with the Drivers Assistance features that is causing your volume issues. I'd bring it back and have them take a look to see what's going on with it.
