Snapped bonnet badge, help!

Hi guys,

A fantastic human stole my bonnet badge and snapped one of the stems in the bonnet. Is there any safe method to remove? Pic below. Or am I going to have to drill it out

Solved.

I drilled it out very slowly and carefully with a 3mm bit.
Then pried it out with a plastic tool, managing to cut 2 of fingers.
Joy of joys. £47 on a new badge and 2 grommets later...
