I edited post 1 with the overhead shot and my opinion on best parking areas. I will try to add another larger scale map or two for the "out-of-towners" to show routes in.

Hula Hut is a great place, but has anyone figured out how we are going to get a table for 50-100 people there? The place is typically packed with multiple-hour waits during the weekend. I can't remember if they take reservations and if they do, will they take one so large?

that's the thing....if we can confirm that many people, then we can call ahead and talk to the manager....however, I highly doubt that any restaraunt is going to seat a party of more than 20 or so all at one table, so you can guarantee on multiple tables...but if we can get a good estimate on headcount and get with the manager, we can likely have one side or section of the restaraunt reserved.

Really, I would prefer to keep it a BMW-exclusive meet, but I can't tell anyone what to do.
