yes, H&R will drop about 1.3f/1.2R - The RSD kit drops the car 1.4F/1.3R - not as low as the H&R Race but a bit more aggressive than the H&R Sport.

whats the ride quality compared to the h&r sports? ive been looking for something lower than the sports and higher than the race so these might work for me until i can get coils. any pics of these installed on a e92?

The ride quality is very responsive yet still comfortable. Even though the spring rate is higher than H&R, it actually rides and performs very smoothly. Here is a pic of the kit installed on an E90 LCI.
