P0299 turbo underboost condition

I pulled the codes, got P0299 Turbo underboost condition. The burnt plastic smell I got while running blower motor might have been a vacuum line. I’m going to open hood and take a look in a bit. Is there a fuse that controls turbos? I just did the b+ repair and replaced fuse box, now this. Just trying to see if I forgot something while installing fuse panel. I did have a 30amp fuse that Fell while taking them out, I thought I put it in correct spot. Just thought I’d mention this before I start replacing lines
