Disk brakes
Hi,
So BMW advised me to change my disk brakes using my kidney as payment. When I took a look at the disk it seemed ok as it only had a tiny lip. I used to change these items myself and so it seemed rather suspect. I took the car to a local garage for a second opinion, measured the thickness and said it was totally fine. BMW trying to rip me off? Cheers, BMW |

I don't think BMWHK are trying to rip you off. It's more like, if there's a chance to change it, they would ask you to change it.
Whereas a local garage would say - you can still use it for a while longer. What year is your car? |
