So, my wife has a 22' M240i xDrive.
Shes got the cooling & tire package wheel/tires, so the 245/35/19, 255/35/19 ps4's.

My G80 RWD Comp I was able to get wheel fitments and tire sizes the way I wanted perfect, which M cars are more my thing. (Helps not being XD too)

Where as w/ hers being totally different and being xDrive, its a little bit trickier.

I've got spacers on the car (12F, 10R), a mild drop w/ Cobra springs & when her tires are due, she wants wider but I know w/ xDrive you have to be really close in sizing.

I wanted to do 255/35/19 F, 265/35/19 R on her car but everything else remains the same..Spacers/Wheels.
Has anyone done this yet or know if we would be ok? I think it should fit perfectly and its only .3 difference as well.

If anyone can chime in, lemme know
Thanks!

The rule of thumb for xDrive is to remain under 1% delta in diameter. Her car came with a 0.8% delta from 245 to 255. Going with 255 to 265 gives you a 1.2% delta, and while that technically breaks the rule, I'd say go for it.

Well, her front tires would go from 245/35 to 255/35, rears 255/35 to 265/35

Which should maintain that same or close diameter, just wider.

I’m pretty should it would be just fine. I just wanted to make sure.

Because on my M3, I’m 285/30/20, 305/30/20.. and love it. Wish I could do a more staggered on hers but I don’t want to make things worse, lol.

Not sure you picked-up on what I was saying, or maybe I wasn't clear?

245 front and 255 rear = 0.8% delta
255 front and 265 rear = 1.2% delta

Is your M3 an xDrive? That's a 1.9% delta. Not an issue with RWD.

Oh you’re talking overall, my bad.

And no I got the RWD Comp.

Anyone ran Forgestar F14's? They have some 18x8.5 +25 wheels that are really light weight and at a good price point?

I custom ordered a set for a Shelby GT500 I used to have. Great wheels and customer service.

I run their beadlocks on both my drag cars and absolutely love them. I’m just wondering if that spec of wheel will clear on the G42.

I just wanted to share my setup as it's that time of year. I haven't seen many run aftermarket wheels on the G42.

Personally I find this sizing perfect - it sits flush and using the OEM sized Michelin PS4S that came on the 893M wheels it can be lowered without worrying (I need to lower the car still)

My specs:

Evolve Forged EF-2 in Brushed Black

19x9 ET20 - 245/35/19
19x10 ET30 - 255/35/19

Looks good any rubbing? Where did you get your front plate bracket from? Tried one from a 340i but it was almost on the bumper.

No rubbing at all with it being stock height. As for the plate mount I went with the EOS Plate mount. It works great for me, no issues with sensors going off.

Guys, weigh in here on the fitment, wanted to get some feedback if it looks like the right amount of poke or it's too much.

19x9.5 et30 275/35/19 rear and 19x8.5 et27 245/40/19 in the front. The wheels are Savini SV-F6. Still need to put the center caps in..looks a bit unfinished at the moment.

Also want to pass along that the TPMS sensors came from a 2022 BMW M440i BH Sens brand from parts list on Rockauto $28/each preprogrammed and synched right up and work great.

I'd say the front could use a 10mm spacer and rears a 4mm.

My OEM wheels were 8.5 et25 and 9.5 et35, both with 13mm spacers. But I have the fender arches, which account for about 4mm, so I took you not having that into account for my recommendation above.

Thanks for the feedback. As long as it doesn't look too pushed out should be good. The math says I should have picked up 6.3mm more poke in front and 16.1mm more in back then the 19x8 et27 that were on the car stock.

New Hampshire roads are all sorts of bumpy and dirty which is why I opted to go with something on the fatter end of tire sidewall configurations. Anything more is going to turn every little rock on the road into a projectile to the paint.

Crappy roads and short sidewallls are a bad combo. I went with 265/35 on all four and I like the little extra protection.

One more setup to share. 826m replicas. 19x8.5 et27 and 19x9.5 et37 (although they fit more like an et25 for some reason). Little dirty due to pollen season and driving to work today.

I really like these wheels? Where'd you pick them up? I would be interested in seeing if I could get a square setup with the ZTK package with these wheels.

There's a seller on eBay. Brooksmotos is the name. Did a bit of reading on some of the Porsche forum before buying. Wouldn't normally take a leap of faith on clone wheels, but seems like everyone has had good luck with them. Wasn't that expensive actually and they seem like decent quality so far. Knock on wood. They are a little heavy, but almost weigh same as the stock 797m 19x8 225 run flats except I have 265's in rear. Can't tell the difference when driving.
