Control arm replacement question

I think I need to replace my control arms, i looked on FCP euro and they have like individual, 10 piece sets, 6 piece sets etc. How many are there per wheel and which are the vital ones beneficial to replace? I looked on oem.com but the terminology is different.

There are 2 on each wheel front and rear. The front usually wear out faster.
