r90 fuel pump
Looking to buy an r90 fuel pump for my tune and deleted 335d. Anyone know a good place to buy one and what about a rebuilt one as oppose to a new one, any thoughts,

A new one is always good but expensive.
A rebuilt one is also quite expensive still. I wouldn't advise to buy a used one and put it on the car without having it rebuilt.

You can get used overseas, but it will take you 4-6 weeks to get them. Shipping is awfully slow because of the pandemic. You can try your luck. A buddy's R90 never came through.

Talk to 335dlci about getting R90 sourced within North America.

R90 Pump
Hello, I'm new here. I'm looking for a r90 pump. Are there any for sale? Or if anyone can send me the Bosch part number it would be appreciated.

Honest question but why are people buying the R90 pumps? Are they needed or do they add more power by themselves? For example the JR 2.8 tune does not claim to require the R90 pump.

If you have Jr2.8 and install a R90, you'd upgrade to JR3.1. Adds a nice bump in hp/trq. Without tuning, you'd notice no difference.

Are you saying that there is a 3.1 tune available or that simply installing an R90 would essentially be upgrading to a 3.1? I thought the 3.1 was reserved for the hybrid turbos. I’m about to upgrade to a 2.8 from 2.5 very soon since I just finished installing a new intercooler.

I am looking for an R90 pump also. They seem to have become pretty scarce. Planning on Tim's hybrids and upgrading to Jarek's 4.1.
Not into doing the dual pumps unless I have no choice. |
