Last night was FAJITAS-Tuesday. Just doesn't roll off the tongue correctly
 Diesmillo fried with pappas and bells. Then whole mix was covered in some spices and chile mashed in a mocajete. Warm tortillas, sour cream, cheese and fresh avocado from the back yard.  I didn't bring any tortillas for lunch today. . .
