BSM exterior paint
Black Sensatec interior
Standard gloss black interior.... I love black exterior , black interior vehicles.
Shadowline Package (the standard grey trim is too contrasting against the black)
Remote Start
Standard non-runflat performance tires

Pretty simple and minimalistic build
Unless they've changed something the Shadowline package requires you to add the Premium package (+$2k).

That's actually close to my 2022 M240i x-drive build. My 2022 M240i x-drive...

1. BSM: looks really good on the M240i
2. Cognac Sensatec: looks great with BSM. I just had a black-on-black car
3. No shadowline on mine
4. No remote start on mine. But I might next time
5. I opted for the metal cross hatch interior trim instead of gloss black
6. I live in a cold climate so I opted for the heated seats and steering wheel

You will love the car. After a year and a half, I still love mine.

Bob

not sure if it makes a difference for ya but i was messing around with a trade in (decided against it lol) but via black book- leather and premium have the biggest impact on resale value. glad i opted for them just for usability, and then getting the surround view, H/K, drive recorder, and remote start are all features id get again even if they are worth $0 at trade in. don't get them if ya don't need 'em, but i can't live without them now (even if DR is just a peace of mind thing lol)

You can do the extended shadowline trim (doesn’t include headlights I believe) without the premium package, but you can’t add the shadowline package without the premium package it looks like

Save the money and ditch the X Drive. Unless you live somewhere with a lot of snow, etc it only really adds weight and lowers the 0 to 60 time. Rear drive only feels like M cars of old and a lot more fun.

Now, you can use the money saved on other stuff like HK sound system, etc.

Better 0 - 60 with RWD ?

Hmmm, that's not what BMW advertises. And that's not what independent comparisons have shown.

The xDrive M240i even out-launches the M2 from a dead stop.

Of course from a roll the M2 easily pulls away from the M240i

lowers the 0-60 time = makes it better

think he's saying the only benefit to xdrive is added weight and lower (better) 0-60

What other cars would you consider on par with a m240i then? I couldn’t find a better car for the money.
