Very likely just shopped. The original pictures are to showcase the aero parts.

A set of new G platform taillights would be a pretty big deal.

Hopefully it's only a matter of time before we get some aftermarket taillight options

Like maybe with backup lights that provide some kind of illumination of what’s behind you??

Uh oh, here comes all the people to argue that backup lights are only legally there to let others know you are reversing

But yeah , some nice bright white LEDs could easily be incorprated

Lol that actually crossed my mind, which is why I carefully worded it so it didn’t sound like I was saying it MUST light what’s behind you. It sure would be nice though.
