Highest Quality Quad Exhaust tips?

I'm looking to source some high quality quad tips that I'm hoping I can avoid repainting and such on my m240i. Does anyone have recommendations? From what I've seen the best option is probably is WMS since it fits the stock exhaust but curious to see if there's been new developments.

Thanks!

I have TRE quad exhaust tips from AutoID on mine. Direct replacement and fit, complete installation was within 30 minutes. So far the finish and quality have been excellent.

As much as I don't like the idea of putting inexpensive Chinese sourced parts on my car, I'm pretty certain that any "high quality" exhaust tips that you buy from a performance shop, are going to be just that -

The same exact inexpensive tips you'll find on AliExpress and other Chinese websites.

The only difference is the branding and slight variations in colors or other details.

Possibly, you could go to a muffler shop that does a lot of custom work and pick out a set of quad tips and have them welded on.

But even then, you are still very likely to end up with tips that come from China.

My point is that I don't know if spending double or triple for tips that are all basically the same, is going to be worth it.

I gave up waiting for a decent option to become available so I settled on some Ali Express tips knowing that they would need to be replaced at some point, however they've really surprised me.

I've had them for 12 months. The hot side tip has become a little iridescent but with black tips on a black car it's so minor it doesn't annoy me. The paint has held up really well. I figured for AUD $150 I could replace them 4 times before I got to the cost of high quality tips (which like you, I still haven't found).

+1 for the TRE tips. 6 months in and look as good as new.

You could probably buy the ali ones and have them powder coated too if you wanted. Decent powder coat should last quite a while. Personally some of the tips look strange the 3.xx inch tips specifically, the 4inch look a bit better. Hopefully soon someone makes a rear diffuser for quad tips on our car.
