Hood is misaligned?

I was reading on facebook forum the other day and someone posted their hood was misaligned, and I checked today on mine - oops, seems to be the same. It was fine when I took delivery...Any idea what happened? I was about to do my oil change soon and will notify dealer to see if they can fix it.

Thanks.

You can probably fix the alignment yourself. It's most likely the bumper not the hood.

Check out my thread here. Pretty sure you just need to loosened up the bolts i marked in red on that post and then push the bumper where it needs to go and tighten. Little trial and error

Looks like it’s only latched on one side, sure it’s closed properly?

This

The hood, if lightly layed shut, will need to be pressed closed on both sides.

I think you'll find that it is the 'drivers side' that is not latched.

Has it ever happened to you that your front hood shakes slightly at high speeds, for example on the highway? I checked if I have it closed correctly, but everything seems to be in order. This car keeps surprising me

Me too, my hood buffets about 6 inches from the windshield, which drives me nuts!

I know you are from the US......where they drive on the wrong side of the road.

I was just being pedantic.
