wtb rear sway bar 15mm
Hey guys ,
Looking for a rear sway bar to match my upgraded front , I know a couple companies have the 15mm option and am looking for around that size . Send me a message with what you have if any . Thank you in advanced . |

FWIW I when I was looking into my suspension I was told to keep the rear bar stock. Big front bar, small rear bar. I had my rear bar modified to have 3 mounting points(not done locally). You can see it at the top of this picture:
What front bar did you go with? Might be easiest to go with the same brand for the rear assuming it is the size you want. E90/E92s the Front sway bar is 26.5mm and the Rear is 13mm. E92XI models, the front is still 26.5mm, but the rear is 15mm Maybe get a E92XI or m3 rear bar? Either way I would always vote a solid front and rear bar.

I have the Eibach 27mm solid bar in the front and just like you suggested their rear bar is 15mm solid so I wanted to match the front and rear , there’s also a really amazing post in the forums I can’t seem to find the link to anymore where someone actually tested a ton of different size front and rear bars and found the 15mm rear was the best! Going any larger caused snap oversteer. Of course lots of different suspension set ups but his was very similar to what I have . Right now with the large bar in the front I’m experiencing some mid corner understeer and the car is having issues rotating , which I’m hoping the rear bar plus some other little rear end tweaks will fix ! |
