Picked up today!

I took a cancelled order, so don’t have full timeline but my car went into production on the 15th January and collected today.

Added the bicolour wheels, comfort pack, and the driving assistance pack (carbon roof and trim is standard in UK)

No longer a gee80thing... soon 87. I placed my order 3/3/2024. I'm stoked... However, I do need opinions as to whether I should get the Z58 M Suspension at port.

As for options:
- ZB
- M Highlights
- Red calp
- Moonroof
- All of them except Mdriveprofessional basically.
- M Suspension (potentially)

I'm getting the suspension at port. I have never lowered a car before but the G87 really needs it IMO. Port installed is just the easiest way to go, on the window sticker and warrantied. I didn't want to deal with finding a place or using the dealer to install post delivery. It made such a small difference in my projected payment.

You ordered 3/3 and are already at 111? lucky, I ordered 3/1 and don't have an allocation yet.

I agree. I just got my car, and I had the MP HAS installed at the port for essentially the same reasons as mentioned by the person above.

Yeah I agree with that, I don't want the hassle of searching for an installer rather have it done with warranty.

I know!! I was pretty shocked but my guess is it will be here around may but we will see. You can call around and see if anyone has an open allocation.

That looks really nice! is it adjustable if so how much did you drop it from stock both front and back? and was it 1.8k or 2.8k

Hopefully yours is similar since we went 111 within a week of each other. I am trying to remain patient. I’ve been searching for the right car for a couple years and ever since I narrowed it down to the G87, I’m becoming increasingly inpatient. Haven’t had a fun car in 5 years… I’m really hoping there aren’t hiccups so I can drive the car for most the summer.

It was installed at the port before being taken to the dealership. They charged $2,820 which should be the same for others who have done the same.

I don't have paperwork or anything, but there are other people who have checked and confirmed it should be about a 10mm drop when installed.

The MP HAS kit has the ability to go down a maximum of 20mm.

Im waiting for mine. Should have already arrived at port in Ventura. Should be on its way to Fresno BMW. Prob have an extra week to wait for the MP Suspension install at port.

So, when I called the Genius line to get the last status update (where they told me the ship name), the gal said my M-Performance parts would be installed in Mexico, not the Port in CA. Is there a difference in the parts they install up here versus in Mex? I did the suspension and axle back exhaust (No hate for the cost of the axle back, I really like the stacked look).

I put a $500 deposit down to secure the allocation from BMW of Spokane when they got it.

seems to vary a lot, anywhere from $500-1k up to 5k.
