Different gauges to purchase and download…why isn’t BMW offering this? Do other manufacturers? That’s something I would definitely pay for.

New dislike that I had forgotten about until today when, after “re spraying” the car Boring Grey, err sorry, I meant Brooklyn Grey, I also had to fill up the washer fluid.
Whoever designed the filler needs shot. Almost as slow a process as moving the front forward seat to access the rear seats. |

Sides of my car looked very similar after one of our very few rain storms here in Vegas.
And in regards to the snail-like movement of the seats - I hope that means they will never have issues in the future. A motor turning that slow shouldn't burn out anytime soon |

My only guess is if the fluid reservoir is heated (I think it is), that may be the reason for it. Still, yes, stupid and annoying. |

The only dislike I have that isn't already mentioned in this thread: the USB port being vertical and being this close to the cup holders. I have nightmares thinking about a stray drip ending up fouling up the port.
I have found a solution to the problem! Search for silicone USB dust port covers on Amazon/Temu or your vendor of choice. It's not going to be completely water proof but it will keep dust and drips out. (this wouldn't be necessary if the port was in a better location, but I digress... Best I can tell, the actual area you fill is just an easier access area toward the front of the car, I see a tube that leads to the actual fluid reservoir closer to the firewall. This small diameter tube becomes the flow restriction. I estimate I can pour about one liter per minute, otherwise it will overflow. Meanwhile, I pour out the whole gallon (almost 4 liters) into my wife's vehicle in about 15 seconds. |

Approaching six months with my ‘22 and so far only three minor dislikes:
1) lack of a seat belt butler (as available in the 4 series), 2) active cruise control not being a standard safety feature, 3) having to pay a subscription for remote start. Still 100% satisfied. |

For Remote Start, it's a regular build option for $300. But if you didn't get it at time of production, it's a one-time add on for $330. So not an ongoing subscription, like a monthly/yearly payment. Just $30 more if bought after production. |

1: seat belt butler isn’t exactly sporty and more electric motors to break. 2: active cruise seems so popular on here but I’ve certainly not missed it and I do 200-300 mile trips regularly. 3: remote start isn’t available here in the UK. Would be nice for preheating and showing off the ignition when you’re not in the car |
