How to change the flag next to my name when I post threads/replies?

Hello,

I previously had an american flag. I changed my country to germany, but I don't see a flag now.

How do I get my German flag next to my name and avatar?

Sorry for the stupid quesiton...

I lost my flag too and couldn't get it back. Someone here suggested doing it on the app. It worked.
