DO NOT BUY from Bimmerkit (Duke Dynamics)
I ordered the Carbon Fiber E90 Performance Quad Diffuser ($620) for my best friend's 2011 335i on 11/21/16 (after a month of being told the mold was broken and Duke Dynamics needed to create a new one). This was supposed to be a Christmas present. Finally received it in late January and it was a piece of trash. The carbon fiber looked cheap. There were scratches and the carbon fiber material didn't even reach the edges. After this disappointing gift, my friend decided he didn't even want to try another one from them because of this shoddy workmanship and very poor quality. We both spoke to Alex @ Bimmerkit several times requesting a refund and refund. I sent the diffuser back to the California shipping address Alex gave me and confirmed with him that it was received. Alex said he would get started on the refund. On 3/31/17 I sent yet another email checking on the refund. I got a reply from Alex 4 days later stating that he 'tried' to send a credit card refund but because so much time had passed it wasn't allowed. Then we tried paypal but we had to wait because he didn't want to lose the exchange rate and transaction fees (totaling $80). After going several rounds about the wait this time, we agreed for Bimmerkit to just send me a check. On 4/24/17, Alex sent me an email stating that he would send out a refund check tomorrow (4/25/17). Today is 7/11/17 and I am still waiting on a refund. I have continued emailing Alex every other week with phone calls on the opposite weeks. I have gotten NO RESPONSES since 4/24/17. This is the WORST customer service ever. At this point, since Bimmerkit has my money and their crappy diffuser back, they have stolen money from me.
PLEASE proceed with caution when buying from Bimmerkit or Duke Dynamics (Bimmerkit is an authorized dealer for Duke Dynamics). I complained about this today on the Duke Dynamics website and will provide an update IF there is one. Last edited by lowellkirby; 07-11-2017 at 11:17 AM.. Reason: missing end parenthesis |

From complaints I have seen, it looks like the same thing has happened to other people before.

I would make a post on Yelp if they have one and the the BBB. This should not be acceptable.
I say Yelp because when I had a issue with Umnitza and posted a review on it, they were willing to work with me if I removed the review. |

That's why I buy my stuff from eBay. And I have perfect fitment on my diffuser. And of something happens eBay/PayPal will take care of the problem.
