Anyone buy from Crevier BMW in Santa, Ana?
Crevier is only a couple miles from my house, and they seem to be one of the biggest BMW dealerships around. How is their pricing and service? How much under MSRP did you get your car? Thanks in advance! http://www.crevierbmw.com/

Got mine at Crevier too. I bought two BMWs from Sterling in Newport and switched to Crevier for my 335. I paid a little more than I would have elsewhere but you pay extra for a loaner car at no notice. Crevier has 250 loaners! The service is excellent. Look Judy Ray up if you stop in.

I will gladly pay $1,100 over invoice if means a loaner whenever I need it, a good relationship with my client adviser and superior service. It cracks me up when some people are only interested in the absolute lowest price. That's great but forget about your client adviser pulling some strings to help you out in a pinch. Pay a few $ more, it's worth it. |

The guy I deal with Frank is great!! Very highly recommened!! Tell him Brian sent you, he gave me my E92 (the only one in CA at the time equiped this way) for $800.00 over invoice, and he said anyone I send to him he will do the same deal.
BUT if you plan to mod, beware of their service dept. esspecially Todd, he will rat you out the first chance he gets. I heard goo things about Brent though, but I JUST found this out. |

justin wong did not give me 450 to 500 over invoice. real nice guy though and even said that if dealerships nearby were willing to do a price near me that i would be better off going to them even though the drive for me is only an hour tops to this dealership.

Judy Ray THumbs up
Two thumbs up for judy ray! Ex-Professional Porsche driver for almost 20 years. The lady really knows her stuff, not to mention she can teach you how to drive the car you just bought. Normal CAs just tell you to .

Everybody says the prices are bad but we got a great deal on my mom's GT550i 2 months ago and that's a brand new model. The salesman we've been working with for nearly 15 years couldn't even get us a better price at another dealership.

Bad experience with Crevier. I bought my prev E92 from Crevier when they just came out so I paid a bit more for it than I should have but oh well. The 2nd time for this one, I went there and the service was no where near what I expected that I did not buy my car from there. Maybe my experience was just a bad one but I'd shop around.
