i have just washed my car and i was wondering what u lot used to get the water off a wiper blade or a cloth i but the cloth but it was very hard to get the car clean and stuck to the car it thought it was gonna mark it for one time, any ideas what to use

depending what nosel you use on the house sometimes you can get the water just to sheet off the car and it will basically dry itself. I use a garden watering spicket because the water comes out very smooth and doesnt splatter around.

yeah true but lemans blue you let it dry and it looks like its the same before

If you just let it dry - you'll get water spots. I have used a chamois and the Flash system (filtrated water). The Flash system is great (just spray and thats it) but if you live in a hard water area like me, you will change the filter regularly.

i allways thought chamois was a good idea yes or no

I have Le Mans Blue and I agree with you that if you do not dry it after washing it leaves water marks and dust sticks to it quickly making it look dirty again.I take off the nozzle and let the water flow over the car and as said above the water sheets off the car (providing it is waxed) leaving minimal drying.I then dry it with the "Big Blue" waffle weave towel.This thing is amazing and I can completely dry the car in under 5 minutes.It usually comes up shining.Then I go for a short quick spin to blow out any water caught in crevices etc. and just give any drops a wipe with a microfiber cloth to complete the job. Le Mans Blue is the nicest colour in my opinion and thats not just cause I have it!

I use a leaf blower to blow the water off - works great for getting almost all or all of the water off.

I have to second the Absorber, its fantastic for getting water out and unless you have top-end microfiber towels, it will not leave marks like normal towels do (even the middle microfiber ones). I have yet to buy a California Water Blade, but I’ve heard / read people who have used it on car paint without any problems (mostly Audi car paint, but BMW car paint is comparable).

I use the mr. clean filter to rinse, then wipe the car with the california water blade. Sometimes use Meguiar's quick detailer spray with the blade, seems to allow it to glide better. finally use a microfiber towel to soak up what the blade left behind. I have used the plastic absorbers but they leave behind too much moisture, resulting in small water spots. They do work in areas such as the corners under the trunk lid.

I’ve read that the oil in natural chamois takes off some of the wax (even in minuscule amounts every time you wash), thus I have been using synthetic, specifically the Absorber to avoid any kind of problems.

I use a Cali Water Blade first, then use the leaf blower

Which ever cloth you decide to use, using "soft" water to rinse your car limits the amount of water you need to dry off of it. Just let the water run out of the hose and pour it over your car. Similier to watering a plant.

As long as you continually wipe off the blade, you can use it without any trouble. I use one on every car I wash, it eliminates water spots. If I use a Chamois, they you still end up with sum water marks, because you cant get all the water off with it. Autodry works O.K. for a quick once over, when used with a clean water filter. I just washed mine yesterday, I dried it with a blade. I just polished and waxed it this evening, and boy does it shine

i use an absorber, but i also use he mr clean filter system. the water in phx is very hard and leaves LOTS of spots if I don't try thoroughly.
