Unsatisfactory service from e92-lighting.com
The day after I got my 08 e92 335xi (March 14th), I ordered painted reflectors from e92-lighting.com. I waited, and waited, and waited, and after two weeks of not hearing anything, I decided to e-mail him with a query into my order. I was informed my order was still in the 'paint shop', and just received them, three days ago (April 3rd).
So I receive my order, and realize that I ordered relfectors for an e90, not thinking, given the site name. I put a query in almost 48 hours ago, and still have not heard anything back. I don't understand how you can let a customer go two weeks without telling them about their order, or go two days running a business and not check your e-mail. All I know is I will not have them for my meet this saturday, and I won't be doing business with e92-lighting.com again. |

I know that, I sent in a query asking if I could have them swapped for e92 ones, with no response. Even if it's a no, a response is customary. I even said 'not thinking', I took responsibility for that part.
