It's an 18-year-old vehicle so it’s not perfect but it is in great shape in my opinion. Some exterior scratches and dings but nothing overwhelming (see pictures). There is a small chip in the windshield, smaller than a dime. Interior has held up very well for being a convertible.

Fuggggg, I love ZHP's and I'm at that point in my life where I want a vert. Wish I was in the market to buy. Great looking E46, style 135 wheels are my all time favorite.

Price drop and performed some major service items as preventative in the last 500-1000 miles:

- Cooling System Overhaul (Hoses, Expansion Tank, Thermostat, Waterpump, WP Pulley) @ 96,000
- Accessory Overhaul (All tensioers, pulleys, belts) @ 96,000

I have Power Steering Overhaul kit in a box, didn't have time to replace these items. Will include in sale: PS lines, reservoir, fluid, etc.
