Window trouble

So in the last week or so my rear windows on my wagon(08 328i)stoped rolling down. If I used the driver side switch or the rear switches the windows won’t roll down. BUT when I used the fob and hold the unlock button they roll down. When I use the window switches they’ll roll up but I can’t get them to roll back down.

So from reading a few posts I can rule out the window regulator since the windows still move up and down. I just can’t get them to roll down with the actual switches. Has anyone else encountered this problem. Or know someone who’s encounter this before.
