all WEATHER tires on m240i
Anyone on here run all WEATHER (not all season) tires on their m240i?
how did that go for you? if I go the m240i route, the prospect of possibly no seasonal change ups is pretty appealing, it is quite the hassle |

When I was in Germany it was required to run snowflake tires in the winter time. I ran some Dunlop all weathers on the GTI i had at the time worked pretty well never had issues. I would assume the 240 would be really good with them as its all wheel drive, unless you go after the rwd version. What exactly are you worried about? Should never have issues running proper tires for said season, and if you buy good enough tires the daily traction in the summer would probably be marginally less unless you drive super aggressive.

I ran Dunlop on the gti forget the model been a few years since I have lived in Germany or anywhere I really needed winters. The thing is they are jack of all trade tires so if all you are doing is going point a to b nothing wrong with them tons of people across all makes and models run them. Obviously if you are doing a lot of spirited driving or live in a terrible area for snowy roads high performance summers and dedicated winters will always be better.

If you talk about any kind of performance all season is no go. All seasons are awful in the winter with snow, 0 confidence and countersteering all the time. In the summer it just lacks grip so don’t drive aggressively

on my MDX i have all weather tires it's not bad, runs well in the rain and snow little on softer side. On the 240 i have all season PS4, damn awesome tire. only had one day in NY that i drove it in the snow and it ran very well.
