AKAIK the Michelins aren't really significantly grippier, although they may last a little longer than the Pzeros.

Notably, a lot of the traction of the G87 comes from the CLAR platform and shared M tech. The electric diff, the adaptive dampers. All of the M car G8x siblings have tenacious grip even on subpar surfaces. It's a great platform when talking about traction.

Obviously if pushing it on track, you'll want to dial in more camber and put on track tires (Cup2s, etc.). But I'm sure that's overkill for public driving.

The way torque is managed is so unique.
Not sure how it puts the power down. It just squats and shoots like bat out if hell!

Agreed. Coming from an 4wd Audi RS, it's is a surprise indeed, great levels of grip, but with a bad boy attitude absent from the Audi. Mine came with the Pirellis too.

In a straight line yes. Little blip of the throttle while turning and not at all.
