Surprised to see ZKW is still making BMW headlights.
I only know them from the E36 era.

It looks very much like a G42 headlight and the black corner is hidden by the bumper on the G42. The vent on the M2, if it's there, would be just a separate piece. Having said that, there are two things throwing me off. 1., the rounded corner of the light on the prototype. 2., the part number of the eBay light does not exist anywhere (yet).
