"Typically most shops have to pull a tach signal from the injector or use an OBD adapter or an optical reader. When you have the car on the dyno you will need to turn off the traction control(Long press). Put it in manual and run through the gears slowly you will probably feel at some point when the traction control disengages completely. You cannot go quickly from first gear to 2nd gear to 3rd to 4th. Switch between gears slowly. Do the Dyno in 5th gear. Most shops don't have a brake big enough to use 4th gear accurately." I asked this same questions a few months ago and this is the answer I got. Report back with your numbers, and take note of what brand of dyno it is. |
