Hello All, I just finished doing the valve cover on my 2011 328xi because the gasket was leaking. After doing the valve cover gasket all was well started the car and it ran fine Upon driving about a mile I got a check engine light for 2a7c intake vanos cold start performance. Now this confused me very much as I didn't touch the vanos solenoids whatsoever. The harness was moved around a bit so that's the only part of the vanos system that I did touch. So I'm very confused on why I'm getting this code. Has anyone else experienced this or know what the issue could be. I'm leaning towards something with the eccentric shaft system. But I know that's called valvetronic and not vanos. I've seen other people online with this code and everyone else seems to have other issues such as rough running or noises. My engine sounds perfectly as it did before and runs fine until the code is thrown.
