Catalytic efficiency

Bank 1 and 2 catalytic efficiency codes, I’m suspecting an exhaust leak but any ideas? 2009 328xi sulev (all 02 sensors were replaced at bmw close to a year ago.

Yes it’s 15yr or 150k and my production date is 04/09 so it’s just over 15 years
